Project Human — Terms of Service & Membership Agreement
Draft for the revised membership. Paid enrolment is closed. These documents require final business details, current-law review and the existing independent legal, data-protection and safety approvals before sale.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Welcome to Project Human (the "Service"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. Please read them — they explain what you get, what we promise, and the important limits on what we do.
By joining, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Quick summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Project Human is 1:1 health-and-lifestyle coaching — education and lifestyle support only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a cure, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. You must be 18 or over. Your Subscription renews monthly and you can cancel anytime.
1. Who we are
Project Human is the provisional trading name for this UK service. Kiran Hirani is Founder & Coach. Contact: hello@projecthuman2.com.
Before enrolment opens: the contracting legal entity, geographic address and any required company/VAT particulars must be confirmed and displayed here and before checkout. They have not been verified in this draft. The provisional brand name alone does not identify the contracting entity.
In these terms:
- "Service" — the Project Human coaching service described in these terms.
- "Member", "you" — the customer who holds a Subscription.
- "Coach" — the human coach who delivers your coaching.
- "Plan" — a 30-day lifestyle plan prepared for you, as described in Section 7.
- "Subscription" — your paid, auto-renewing membership.
2. What the Service is — and what it is not
Project Human is a 1:1 health-and-lifestyle coaching service. Your Coach supports you across training, nutrition, sleep, daylight and daily habits.
This is education and lifestyle coaching only.
The Service is not medical advice. It is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or a cure, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
We make no claim to treat, cure, manage, reverse or prevent any disease, illness or medical condition — including cancer or any other serious condition. Coaching is about everyday habits and lifestyle, and nothing we provide should be understood as treatment for any condition.
Please:
- Always speak to your doctor before making significant changes to your exercise, diet or routine.
- Never ignore, delay or stop professional medical advice because of something you read or hear through the Service.
- Seek urgent medical help if you feel unwell. If it's an emergency, call 999 (or your local emergency number).
This section is important and applies across the whole agreement.
3. Eligibility and your account
To join, you confirm that:
- You are 18 or over.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- The information you give us is accurate, and you'll keep it up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
4. Health intake — keeping you safe
When you join, you can flag health considerations, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, a history of disordered eating, or anything else relevant.
Where a flag applies:
- Your coaching guidance stays gentle and conservative, and
- We'll ask you to get your doctor's sign-off first before following it.
Please flag honestly and keep us updated. This helps your Coach support you safely — but it does not turn coaching into medical care.
Health information is sensitive. Some of the information you share is "special category" health data under UK data protection law. We only use it with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time (see Section 9 and our Privacy Policy). If you withdraw consent for us to use your health information, we may not be able to coach you safely, and we may need to pause or end your Subscription.
5. Membership
We offer one Project Human membership:
| Membership | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Project Human membership | £49.99 / month | Monthly, auto-renewing |
<!-- Retired offer removed from sale. -->
The membership includes:
- A personalised onboarding assessment.
- One initial consultation of approximately 25–30 minutes with Kiran.
- A personalised 30-day lifestyle Plan, approved by a named human before it becomes live.
- The Project Human AI Coach, which helps you apply your approved Plan between reviews.
- A short weekly check-in and a monthly asynchronous review using your progress and feedback.
- Each replacement 30-day Plan prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by a named human before it becomes live.
- A Project Human member account and a route to request human review.
There is no compulsory monthly call. Later calls are optional where appropriate and are not a recurring monthly entitlement. There is one membership, with no separate AI subscription or other product account required.
The price is in pounds sterling (GBP) and includes any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Subscription, payment and auto-renewal
- Your Subscription is a monthly, auto-renewing plan.
- We take payment through Stripe, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method each month.
- Your Subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- We'll always tell you the price before you subscribe. If we ever change the membership price, we'll give you advance notice and you can cancel before the new price applies (see Section 16).
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment is made.
You can update your payment details or cancel at any time (see Section 10).
7. Your Plans
A Plan is a 30-day lifestyle plan prepared for you.
How Plans are made. AI combines your onboarding, consultation summary, check-ins, approved coaching notes, Plan history and relevant Project Human messages to prepare a draft. A named human, initially Kiran Hirani, reviews the complete Plan and approves it before it becomes live. AI cannot approve its own draft or silently replace your approved Plan. You can ask for the reasons behind actions and request a human review.
Monthly reviews are mainly asynchronous. Your current approved Plan remains the coaching reference while a replacement is awaiting review. A material change, safety concern or request outside coaching scope may be held for human attention rather than applied automatically. Plans are general lifestyle guidance tailored to the information you share. They are not medical prescriptions and are not treatment for any condition (see Section 2).
8. The Project Human AI Coach and consultation notes
The Project Human AI Coach is an automated AI conversation service, not a live conversation with Kiran. Its replies are not individually reviewed before you see them. It uses your approved Plan and relevant Project Human coaching context to help with practical questions, substitutions, time constraints and general lifestyle education. AI can make mistakes; ask your coach about anything unclear or unsuitable.
AI must not independently make material Plan changes, diagnose or treat conditions, change medication, select or dose supplements, or provide extreme fasting, detox or parasite-treatment protocols. Use Ask my coach to request human review. Human responses are not immediate or guaranteed within a particular time. This is not an emergency service.
AI also prepares internal briefings, summaries, check-in analysis and draft monthly Plans. Your Project Human conversations are stored as part of your coaching context and relevant information may inform later human reviews. The Privacy Policy explains the processing and your rights. Project Human does not require or import information from a separate product account.
Recording and transcription are optional. We must ask for your separate agreement before recording or transcribing a consultation, explain the provider and retention, and show when capture is active. You may choose a consultation with manual notes instead. Declining recording does not remove your initial consultation or Plan review. Recording/transcription must remain unavailable until these controls have been verified.
9. Your data and your rights
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement and explains, in full, how we handle your information.
The basics:
- Why we can use your data. For most of the Service we rely on performing our contract with you and our legitimate interests. For health information (including health and wellbeing information you provide to Project Human), we rely on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Your rights. You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@projecthuman2.com.
- Sub-processors. We use the providers listed in Section 14 to run the Service.
- Marketing. We'll only send you marketing messages where the law allows, and you can opt out at any time. Requested account, billing and coaching messages support the Service. Promotional content remains subject to marketing rules and your preferences even if included in a service email.
- Complaining to the regulator. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
10. Cancelling, your 14-day right, and refunds
10.1 Your first 14 days
You may cancel for any reason during the first 14 calendar days after you subscribe. As an additional Project Human promise, we will refund your full first membership payment if you tell us within that period, even if your coaching has already started. We will not deduct an amount for a call, Plan or access already provided during those first 14 days.
This promise is intended to be at least as generous as your statutory cooling-off rights. It does not limit any separate rights you have under consumer law.
10.2 Cancelling after the first 14 days
You can cancel anytime. Your cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
10.3 How to cancel or request the first-payment refund
Cancel renewal through your account. To request the first-payment refund, use My Account → Billing & privacy → First-payment refund, or email hello@projecthuman2.com. Tell us within the first 14 calendar days. Your account records when the request was received and shows our reply and refund status. We'll confirm your cancellation and, where applicable, return the first payment to the original payment method within the applicable legal time limit. Cancelling renewal does not by itself issue a refund; tell us if you want the first-payment refund. We will not require a particular form of words.
You may use this cancellation wording by email: “I give notice that I cancel my Project Human membership. My name is [name], my account email is [email], and I subscribed on [date]. Please also refund my first payment if this request is within my first 14 days.” The wording is optional.
10.4 Refunds after the first 14 days
After the first 14 days, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access is provided for that whole period. This does not affect your legal rights — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repeat performance, a price reduction or, where appropriate, a refund if the Service isn't carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something has gone wrong, talk to us — we want to put it right.
11. Our promise about quality
We'll provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the Service isn't carried out with reasonable care and skill, you have legal rights, which may include having the problem put right (repeat performance) or a price reduction. These rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
12. Acceptable use
Please use the Service fairly and lawfully. You agree not to:
- share your account or resell, redistribute or commercialise your Plans, coaching;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive toward your Coach or our team;
- knowingly give us false or misleading health information in a way that could put you at risk;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
- rely on the Service as medical care, or use it in place of professional treatment.
13. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) own the Service, our content, and the materials behind your Plans.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your Plans and coaching materials for your own personal, non-commercial use while your Subscription is active. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them.
Anything you create or submit (such as your messages and intake information) remains yours; you grant us permission to use it as needed to deliver the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. The service providers we use
The source currently uses the following providers. Their exact roles, contracts, retention, training settings and transfer arrangements must be verified before paid enrolment:
- Stripe — payments
- Supabase — database and functions (EU, eu-west-1)
- Vercel — hosting
- Anthropic and OpenAI — AI analysis, summaries, plan drafting and Project Human AI Coach replies; OpenAI also supports optional call transcription
- Resend — transactional email
- Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si) — the default live video/audio consultation service. Joining a call shares connection data and the audio/video you choose to send with that meeting service, even when separate recording is declined. If we arrange a different meeting service, we must identify it and review its data handling before use.
Our Privacy Policy sets out the proposed data handling and the processor/transfer matters still requiring verification. This draft does not certify that provider agreements or safeguards are in place.
15. Limitation of liability
We want to be clear and fair about responsibility.
What we never limit or exclude. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales (including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Everything else. Subject to the above:
- The Service provides general lifestyle education and coaching. You are responsible for your own health decisions and for getting medical advice where appropriate.
- We are not liable for outcomes that result from how you choose to follow (or not follow) your Plan or coaching, or from information you didn't share with us.
- We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered into this agreement.
- The Service is a consumer service. If you use it for business purposes, we are not liable to you for any business losses (such as loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption).
- Where we are liable, and except for the matters we never limit or exclude above, our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of the total fees you paid us in that period or £100.
These limits are intended to be fair and reasonable and to comply with section 62 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They do not affect your non-excludable legal rights.
16. Suspending or ending the Service
You can cancel anytime (Section 10).
We may suspend or end your access if:
- you breach these terms (including acceptable use);
- a payment fails or is reversed; or
- we reasonably believe continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.
Where it's fair to do so, we'll give you notice and a chance to put things right first. If we end your Subscription for reasons that aren't your fault, we'll refund any fees you've paid for a period you can no longer access.
We may also withdraw the Service entirely on reasonable notice; if we do, we'll refund any prepaid period you lose.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — for example, to reflect new features or legal requirements.
If a change is significant (including any price change), we'll give you reasonable advance notice (normally by email) before it takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it applies, and you won't be charged the new price. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
18. Complaints
If something isn't right, please tell us — we take it seriously and want to fix it.
Email hello@projecthuman2.com with the details and we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.
- About your data: you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (see Section 9).
- About the Service: if we can't resolve things between us, you can ask the courts to help (see Section 19). Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes can be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
20. General
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation; this won't reduce your rights, and we'll tell you if it happens. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.

Project Human
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Draft for the revised membership. Paid enrolment is closed. The controller's legal identity/address, provider arrangements and retention controls require verification and independent data-protection review before sale. This draft is not a compliance sign-off.
Project Human is adult lifestyle coaching. Kiran Hirani is Founder & Coach. The proposed membership includes onboarding, one initial consultation of approximately 25–30 minutes, an approved 30-day Plan, native AI support, weekly check-ins and asynchronous monthly reviews. There is no compulsory monthly call. It is not medical care.
This notice explains the information used for that service. Contact: hello@projecthuman2.com.
1. Who is responsible
Project Human is the provisional trading name. The contracting/data-controller legal entity, geographic address and any required company details have not yet been verified. They must be completed here and before checkout before paid enrolment opens. Kiran's public role does not by itself establish the legal controller.
The responsible data-protection contact, ICO fee position and any requirement for a Data Protection Officer must be assessed before launch. You can send current privacy enquiries to the email above.
2. Information used
- Founding-tester interest: first name, email and a record that you requested contact about this cohort after confirming you are an adult and understand the lifestyle-coaching scope. This form does not ask for health information, create a membership, take payment or subscribe you to a general marketing list. Kiran can use these details to respond to your request. Do not include health history in this form.
- Account and contact: name, email, account settings, authentication/session records and preferences.
- Billing: Stripe customer/subscription references, payment and refund status, price and billing dates. Stripe handles payment credentials; Project Human does not need your full card number for coaching.
- Coaching: intake, goals, schedule, preferences, constraints, consultation notes, Plan drafts/history, named-human approvals and feedback.
- Member interaction: AI Coach conversations, human-review requests, weekly check-ins and relevant progress signals.
- Health and derived context: health/safety information you disclose and relevant health inferences or summaries produced from it. Messages or lifestyle answers can contain special-category health data even if they are not labelled medical records.
- Optional consultation capture: recording, transcript and summary only where separately agreed and the capture controls are verified. Manual notes are the alternative.
- Operational records: limited security, error, delivery and audit metadata; useful service-usage events and review-time measurements. Health content should not be copied into analytics, public reports or marketing tools.
Project Human uses information provided through its own service. No separate product account or access to another product's data is required. Give information relevant to coaching and avoid sharing another person's private information.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
The final purpose/basis assessment must be approved before enrolment. The proposed approach is:
| Purpose | Article 6 basis | Additional condition or control |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to a requested founding-tester enquiry | Steps at your request before a potential contract, Article 6(1)(b) | Contact only about that enquiry/cohort; no general promotional subscription or health-data collection |
| Run accounts, membership, billing, bookings and requested service communication | Contract, Article 6(1)(b) | Limit data to what delivering the service requires |
| Personalise coaching, AI replies, summaries, check-in analysis and monthly drafts using health context | Consent, Article 6(1)(a) | Explicit health-data consent, Article 9(2)(a) |
| Optional recording and transcription | Consent, Article 6(1)(a) | Separate informed choice; Article 9(2)(a) where health information is included |
| Protect the service, prevent abuse and investigate technical faults | Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) | Document necessity/balancing; do not assume this alone permits health-data processing |
| Required tax/accounting records and lawful obligations | Legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) | Identify the actual obligation and necessary retention |
| Optional promotional messages | Consent, Article 6(1)(a), for the proposed consent-only approach | Separate marketing choice and effective unsubscribe/suppression |
If another exceptional purpose or condition becomes necessary, it must be assessed and explained. A general legitimate-interest statement does not authorise unrelated health-data use. No permission to reuse health information for advertising audiences, unrelated research or model training is granted by membership.
4. AI, human review and your choices
AI prepares intake briefings, consultation summaries, check-in analysis and proposed monthly Plans. The Project Human AI Coach provides automated replies using your current approved Plan and relevant coaching context. Useful conversation information may inform later reviews. Individual AI replies are not routinely reviewed by a human before you receive them. AI can make mistakes.
You can reopen, rename and archive saved conversations in My Account. Relevant statements you previously wrote may be retrieved from those conversations to help the AI remember your preferences and circumstances. Recall is limited and may be incomplete or out of date; your current corrections take priority. Archiving hides a conversation from the main list and does not delete it or remove it from this recall. Health-data withdrawal pauses consent-dependent recall and AI use. Deletion requests follow the account deletion process below.
A named human reviews and approves every member-facing Plan before it becomes live. AI cannot approve its own draft or silently replace your Plan. You can request human attention through Ask my coach, ask why an action was proposed, correct context or challenge an unsuitable recommendation.
Automated safety checks may pause a response or create a review item. The privacy assessment must consider these and any eligibility/access decisions separately from Plan approval. We must not claim that every service decision is human reviewed merely because Plans are approved.
UK GDPR Articles 22A–22D address significant solely automated decisions and safeguards; restrictions remain for use of special-category data. Before launch we must assess which implemented decisions fall within those rules, document meaningful human involvement and provide applicable information, representation, intervention and challenge routes. This draft does not certify that assessment.
Recording is optional. We must explain what is captured, why, which provider receives it and how long it is kept before asking for your agreement. A visible capture state is required. You may decline and have manual consultation notes used instead. Capture must remain unavailable until these controls are verified.
5. Consent and withdrawal
Health-data consent must be a clear express statement, separate from general terms and optional marketing. We keep a record of the notice/purpose/version, when and how you agreed, and any withdrawal.
You can withdraw health-data consent in My Account or by emailing hello@projecthuman2.com. Consent-dependent use, including AI coaching and drafting from health context, must stop when consent is withdrawn. Earlier lawful processing is not made unlawful. We may need to pause personalised coaching and discuss ending the membership if it cannot safely continue. Access to anything supported by a different valid basis must be considered separately.
Withdrawal of optional recording consent means future capture must stop. Tell us if you also want an existing recording deleted; retention or any exception must be explained. Withdrawal and deletion must remain usable without contacting another product.
6. Providers and sharing
The current source uses these providers. This list identifies technical roles, not verified contractual compliance. Exact entities, contracts, permitted data use, retention, training settings, subprocessors and locations must be checked before launch.
| Provider | Technical role |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Project Human database and backend functions; project database region eu-west-1 |
| Vercel | Website hosting |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions and billing |
| Anthropic | Guarded AI analysis, drafting and coaching operations |
| OpenAI | Member AI chat, bounded recall from saved conversations, AI fallback and optional consultation transcription |
| Resend | Requested service email delivery |
| Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si) | Default live consultation video/audio and connection data, independently of optional recording/transcription. A different configured meeting provider must be identified and assessed before use. |
Only relevant information should be sent for each task. Payment and email tools do not need full coaching context. Internal alerts and business reports should use minimal metadata. A new provider or purpose requires assessment and an updated notice where necessary.
Joining a video consultation uses the meeting service even if you decline recording. The default source embeds meet.jit.si; it is not hosted inside our Supabase database. The meeting operator's legal identity, terms, metadata, retention, access controls and transfer arrangements require verification alongside the other providers. We do not claim an unverified processor agreement, storage location or retention period. If we use another meeting service, we must explain that actual recipient before the consultation.
Information may also need to be disclosed for a valid legal obligation or legal claim, using an applicable lawful basis/condition. We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
The Project Human database is in the EU. That does not establish where every provider processes, accesses or retains information. Providers may process information outside the UK.
Before enrolment: verify each data flow, applicable adequacy route or contractual safeguards, and the required transfer assessment. Do not claim that an IDTA, UK Addendum or other safeguard is in place without confirming it for the actual recipient and processing. The completed notice must describe the applicable arrangements and how to obtain details.
8. Retention and deletion
You can ask us to remove a founding-tester enquiry by emailing hello@projecthuman2.com. Such enquiries should be reviewed when recruitment closes and deleted when no longer needed for the requested contact. An exact maximum period and corresponding deletion control remain part of the independent retention review; this form does not establish indefinite permission to contact you.
The existing proposed schedule is account/coaching records during membership and up to 12 months afterwards, billing/tax records up to six years where applicable, and transactional email records up to 12 months. These are draft periods requiring verification against actual jobs, provider settings and legal obligations before launch. Health information must not be retained merely because account records remain.
When health-data consent is withdrawn or an account is closed, consent-dependent processing stops and health information must be deleted or anonymised unless a specific lawful exception justifies limited retention. Any exception and period must be explained. Recording/transcript retention, logs, backups and processor deletion need a defined verified schedule; there is no indefinite recording entitlement.
Deletion may involve retryable external operations. We must report an incomplete deletion honestly and continue it; a request acknowledgement is not proof every copy has disappeared. Necessary financial records may be kept separately without retaining coaching content.
9. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable conditions, you may access, correct, erase, restrict or port your information; object to legitimate-interest processing; withdraw consent; and obtain applicable safeguards for significant automated decisions. You may request human review and contest a recommendation or service decision.
Use My Account → Billing & privacy to request account/data deletion or send a privacy question, or email hello@projecthuman2.com. Account requests and our replies remain available to a verified retained account owner after membership cancellation or health-consent withdrawal; they do not require an approved coaching Plan. Please keep account-request notes to ordinary account details and avoid adding health information. We may need proportionate identity verification. We respond within the applicable UK GDPR time limits, normally one month, and explain any lawful extension or permitted pause. Rights requests are normally free. Any refusal or charge must have a lawful reason and be explained.
You may complain to us and to the Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/. You do not have to wait for our permission to contact the regulator. The service's internal complaints process and responsible contact must be verified before launch.
10. Cookies, security and children
Authentication and security storage may be necessary to provide the service. Any non-essential analytics or advertising storage must remain disabled until an applicable PECR route and clear user controls have been verified. No placeholder cookie-policy link is a substitute for an accurate inventory and notice.
Access must be limited to authorised people and systems for their tasks. Security, consent, deletion and cross-member access tests form part of the launch gate. No service can guarantee perfect security. Breach assessment and notification must follow applicable law.
The membership is for adults aged 18 or over. If a child has provided information, tell us so we can assess and remove it appropriately.
11. Updates
We will explain material changes before using information for a materially different purpose, obtain refreshed consent where required and keep a dated version of the notice. A future brand rename does not by itself authorise a new controller, purpose or sharing arrangement.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
Draft for the revised membership. Paid enrolment is closed. These documents require final business details, current-law review and the existing independent legal, data-protection and safety approvals before sale.
Project Human
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Please read this carefully. It explains what Project Human (the "Service") is — and, just as importantly, what it is not. It also covers how we handle your information and the terms you agree to when you join.
In this document, "you" or "Member" means the person using the Service. Your "Coach" is the person who delivers your coaching. A "Plan" is your 30-day lifestyle plan. "Subscription" means your paid monthly membership.
Project Human is the provisional trading name for a UK lifestyle-coaching service. Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, is the named human review layer. Contact: hello@projecthuman2.com. The contracting/controller identity and geographic address must be confirmed before enrolment opens; see the draft Terms and Privacy Policy.
The short version
Project Human is education and lifestyle coaching only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a cure. It is not a substitute for your own doctor.
If something about your health worries you, speak to a qualified medical professional. In an emergency, call 999 (or NHS 111 for urgent but non-emergency help).
What the Service is
The Service is a 1:1 health-and-lifestyle coaching service. Your Coach supports you with training, nutrition, sleep, daylight and daily habits. Think of it as education and lifestyle guidance — practical coaching to help you build healthier routines.
That is all it is. It is helpful, it is personal, but it is not healthcare.
What the Service is not
The Service is not:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a cure.
- A substitute for advice from your doctor, pharmacist, or any qualified healthcare professional.
- A medical, clinical, or therapeutic service of any kind.
Using the Service does not create a doctor–patient or any clinical relationship between you and your Coach, or between you and Project Human. Your Coach is a lifestyle coach, not your doctor.
Always talk to your own doctor
You know your health. Your doctor knows your medicine. Please keep them in the loop.
- Talk to your doctor before making significant changes to your exercise, diet, or daily routine — especially if you have any health condition or concern.
- Never delay seeking medical advice, and never disregard advice you have already been given, because of something from the Service.
- If you think you may have a medical problem, see a qualified professional.
In an emergency
If you or someone else is having a medical emergency, do not use the Service.
- Call 999 for emergencies.
- Call NHS 111 for urgent medical help that is not an emergency.
We make no claims about disease
The Service does not offer to, and makes no claim to, treat, cure, manage, reverse or prevent any disease or condition — including cancer.
Nothing in the Service should be read as a promise or suggestion that it can treat, cure or prevent cancer or any other disease. If you are living with a diagnosed condition, your medical team remains in charge of your care.
We never touch your medication
The Service will never tell you to start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or medical treatment.
Decisions about medication and treatment are between you and your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow their guidance.
Pregnancy, diagnosed conditions and eating history
When you join, you can tell us about things that need extra care — for example pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, a history of disordered eating, or anything else.
Where one of these applies, two things happen:
1. Your coaching stays gentle and conservative. 2. We ask you to get your doctor's sign-off first before following the relevant guidance.
This is to keep you safe. Please be open with us, and please check with your doctor.
Your Plan and the human role
Membership includes one initial consultation of approximately 25–30 minutes, followed by primarily asynchronous monthly progression. There is no compulsory monthly call.
AI prepares your 30-day lifestyle Plan. A named human, initially Kiran Hirani, reviews and approves each Plan before it becomes live. AI cannot approve its own draft or silently replace your approved Plan. A Plan is lifestyle guidance, not a prescription or treatment programme. Human review must be meaningful; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
The Project Human AI Coach
The AI Coach is an automated conversation service that helps you apply the approved Plan. It uses relevant information you provide through Project Human, including onboarding, approved Plan history, consultation summaries, check-ins, messages and approved coach notes. Its individual replies are not routinely checked by a human before you see them. AI can be wrong; ask your coach about anything unsuitable or unclear.
It must not independently diagnose, treat or manage disease, change medication, select or dose supplements, introduce extreme fasting or restriction, or provide detox, chelation or parasite-treatment protocols. Material Plan-change requests and out-of-scope questions require review. Ask my coach requests human attention; it is not an urgent-response service.
Optional consultation recording
A consultation must not be recorded or transcribed without your separate informed agreement. You may decline and have manual notes used instead. Before capture, we explain the purpose, provider and retention and show that capture is active. Recording/transcription must remain unavailable until consent and retention controls are verified.
Your data and rights
Health information in intake, conversations, check-ins and consultation notes can be special-category personal data. The draft service relies on explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a), with an Article 6 lawful basis for each purpose. Marketing and optional recording choices are separate. You can withdraw consent in your account or by emailing us; consent-dependent processing must then stop, which may prevent personalised coaching from safely continuing. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing.
The Privacy Policy explains AI processing, providers, proposed retention and rights, including human review and challenge routes. Controller details, provider contracts, transfer arrangements and actual retention require verification before paid enrolment. This disclaimer does not certify them.
Your Subscription, billing and cancellation
- Membership and price. The Project Human membership is £49.99/month.
- Billing. Your Subscription is a monthly, auto-renewing payment taken via Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel anytime. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that.
- First 14 days. If you cancel for any reason during the first 14 calendar days after subscribing, Project Human will refund your full first membership payment, even if coaching has started. This additional promise does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
- Your statutory rights. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that the Service must be provided with reasonable care and skill.
Results vary
People are different, and so are results. Anything we share about possible outcomes is for illustration only. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result from the Service, your Plan, or your coaching.
Taking part is your choice
Physical activity and changes to your diet carry some inherent risk. By using the Service, you accept that you take part voluntarily, and that you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and stopping if something does not feel right.
You confirm you are 18 or over and capable of making your own decisions about your health and lifestyle.
Our responsibility to you
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill, as the law requires.
We do not limit or exclude our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, the Service is education and lifestyle coaching, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or that arises because you used the Service in place of professional medical advice. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and we will always read it in line with what is fair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Accessibility and reasonable adjustments

Project Human — Coaching Services & AI Plan Agreement
Draft for the revised membership. Paid enrolment is closed. These documents require final business details, current-law review and the existing independent legal, data-protection and safety approvals before sale.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Welcome to Project Human (the "Service"). This Agreement explains how our coaching works, what you get, and what we ask of you. Please read it — it's written to be clear, not to catch you out.
By starting a Subscription, you confirm you are 18 or over and you agree to these terms.
Who we are. Project Human is the provisional trading name for the UK service. Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, is the named human review layer. Contact: hello@projecthuman2.com. The contracting entity and geographic address are unverified and must be completed before enrolment opens; see the Terms and Privacy Policy.
The words we use
- Service — Project Human, a 1:1 health-and-lifestyle coaching service operated from the United Kingdom.
- Member — you, the customer. You must be 18 or over.
- Coach — the human coach who delivers your coaching.
- Plan — your 30-day lifestyle plan, drafted with AI assistance and approved by your Coach.
- Subscription — your monthly, auto-renewing membership.
1. What this Service is (and isn't)
The Service is education and lifestyle coaching only. We help you with training, nutrition, sleep, daylight and daily habits.
This is not medical care. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a cure. We are not a substitute for your doctor, pharmacist or any other qualified healthcare professional.
We make no claim to treat, cure, manage, reverse or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a health concern, please speak to a doctor before acting on anything from the Service.
Coaching is not therapy and not clinical or psychological care. Your Coach is a coach — not your doctor, dietitian, nurse or therapist.
2. Membership
The Project Human membership is £49.99 / month, billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renewed until you cancel. The price includes any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Included:
- A useful onboarding assessment and one initial consultation of approximately 25–30 minutes.
- An individual 30-day lifestyle Plan, reviewed and approved by a named human before it becomes live.
- Native Project Human AI Coach support for applying your approved Plan day to day.
- A short weekly check-in, progress context and monthly asynchronous review.
- Each replacement Plan drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by a named human before it becomes live.
- Your Project Human account, approved Plan, messages, check-ins and human-review requests.
There is no compulsory monthly call. Later calls may be arranged where appropriate; recurring monthly calls are not included as an entitlement. There is one membership and no separate AI subscription.
Supplement questions: Project Human does not select supplements, recommend products, provide doses or supply purchase links. Record what you already use if relevant, and take supplement questions to an appropriately qualified doctor, dietitian or pharmacist.
Not included:
- A recurring monthly consultation or unlimited human calls
- Same-day, guaranteed-time, 24/7 or emergency replies
- Supplements, products, product links, selection or dosing
- Fasting, detox, medication or treatment protocols
- Any medical, clinical or therapy service
3. How your Plan is created
AI prepares your first draft from your intake and initial consultation. It prepares later drafts from your approved Plan, Plan history, check-ins, relevant Project Human conversations and approved coach notes.
A named human, initially Kiran Hirani, reviews the complete Plan before approval. You can see who reviewed it. AI cannot approve its own draft or silently rewrite the approved Plan. If a replacement is held, the current approved Plan remains the reference until a human approves a replacement; raise anything unsafe or unsuitable rather than waiting for a monthly review.
Monthly progression is mainly asynchronous. Human judgement, safety and quality take priority over a target review date.
4. AI-assisted coaching and your consent
The Project Human AI Coach is automated. It helps you apply your approved Plan and provides general lifestyle education. Its individual replies are not routinely reviewed before you receive them, and it can make mistakes. It does not replace Kiran or medical care. A material change or question beyond coaching scope is sent for human review rather than silently applied.
Your messages, check-ins and relevant summaries are retained in Project Human's coaching context so they can inform future reviews. AI also prepares briefings, summaries and monthly drafts. The Privacy Policy explains data categories, purposes, providers and rights. We do not require access to or import data from a separate product account.
Optional recording/transcription. Separate informed agreement is required before a consultation is recorded or transcribed. We explain the capture, provider and retention and show when it is active. You may decline and use manual consultation notes instead. Recording/transcription must remain unavailable until these controls are verified.
Health-data consent. We require a separate express choice for health-data processing for personalised coaching and AI support. You may withdraw in My Account or by emailing hello@projecthuman2.com. Consent-dependent processing must then stop; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. We may have to pause personalised coaching and discuss cancellation if it cannot safely continue. Optional marketing is a separate choice.
5. Your health information (intake)
When you join, you can flag health conditions that matter, including:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Diabetes
- Cardiovascular (heart) conditions
- A history of disordered eating
- Anything else you'd like us to know
This is information about your health, so we only collect and use it with your explicit consent, given when you complete your intake (see Section 13). You don't have to share it — but it helps us coach you safely, and some flags may change what we can responsibly offer.
Where a flag applies, your coaching stays gentle, and we'll ask you to get your doctor's sign-off before you start or change anything. This is for your safety.
Please keep this information honest and up to date (see Section 6).
6. Your responsibilities
For coaching to work safely, we ask you to:
- Be honest. Give accurate, complete information about your health, lifestyle and goals.
- Get medical sign-off where flagged. If a health flag applies, check with your doctor before you begin or make changes.
- Go at your own pace. Follow your Plan in a way that feels right for your body. Stop and seek medical help if something feels wrong.
- Use your judgement. You are responsible for the choices you make and how you apply your Plan.
- Keep us updated. Tell your Coach if your health, medication or circumstances change.
7. Booking and check-ins
- Book your initial 25–30 minute consultation through Project Human. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
- Your initial consultation helps clarify goals, practical constraints, preferences and coaching direction.
- Thereafter, a weekly check-in should take approximately one minute. Share what worked, what was difficult and anything that needs attention.
- Check-ins and later Plan reviews do not require monthly calls. Optional human escalation remains available where appropriate.
- Rescheduling or a missed check-in does not remove statutory rights or the first-14-day refund promise.
8. Talking to your coach
The AI Coach provides day-to-day continuity. Ask my coach requests human attention for a question or possible Plan change. AI may also create a review request when a safety or scope boundary is reached. Human replies are not immediate, and the Service is not monitored 24/7.
This is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not wait for a reply if you need urgent help; use local emergency or urgent healthcare services.
9. How your Plan evolves
Near the end of a 30-day period, AI prepares a progress summary and proposed next Plan using relevant Project Human context. Kiran reviews it and may approve, edit or hold it. No replacement becomes live without attributable human approval. You may share feedback or request review at any time.
10. No guarantee of outcomes
Health and lifestyle results depend on many things, most of them personal to you — your body, your effort, your circumstances and your consistency.
So while we'll give you our best coaching, we can't and don't guarantee any particular result or outcome. Nothing in this Agreement is a promise of specific health, fitness or wellbeing results. This does not affect your statutory right to coaching carried out with reasonable care and skill (see Section 12).
11. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- The Project Human membership is £49.99 / month.
- Payments are taken monthly in advance through Stripe, and your Subscription auto-renews each month at the same price until you cancel. We'll always tell you in advance by email if your price is going to change.
- You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Your first 14 days
If you cancel for any reason during the first 14 calendar days after subscribing, Project Human will refund your full first membership payment, even if coaching has started. We will not deduct an amount for a call, Plan or access already provided during those first 14 days.
Cancel renewal through your account and request the first-payment refund in My Account → Billing & privacy, or email hello@projecthuman2.com within that period. Your account records the request and shows its status. This additional promise does not limit your statutory consumer rights. After the first 14 days, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
12. Our responsibility to you
- We'll carry out your coaching with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If we don't, you have legal rights, including to a repeat performance or a price reduction.
- We never limit or exclude our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England & Wales.
- Beyond that, and because the Service is education and lifestyle coaching only, we are not responsible for health, fitness or other outcomes, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by you not following Sections 5 and 6 (for example, not getting medical sign-off where a flag applies, or not giving us accurate information).
- This section does not take away any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.
13. Your data and your rights
We are the data controller for the personal data we process to run the Service. We process it in line with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Why we can use your data (lawful bases).
- To deliver your coaching and run your Subscription: because it's necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To take payment, keep records and meet our legal duties: because it's necessary to comply with the law and for our legitimate interest in running the Service properly.
- For your health information (including health information you provide through intake, coaching and Project Human check-ins): we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) of the UK GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us (see Sections 4 and 5).
Automated processing and human review. AI drafts and analyses; a human approves Plans. AI replies are automated. You may ask for human review or challenge an unsuitable recommendation or service decision. The Privacy Policy explains this distinction and the UK GDPR Articles 22A–22D assessment required before launch.
How long we keep it. We keep your data only as long as we need it to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights. You have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before you withdrew). To use any of these, email hello@projecthuman2.com.
Complaints. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Marketing. We'll only send you marketing emails if you've agreed to receive them, and you can opt out any time. Service and account emails (like billing and Plan updates) are part of running your Subscription.
Providers and transfers. The source uses Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend and, by default, Jitsi Meet (meet.jit.si) for the roles described in the Privacy Policy. Live video/audio uses the meeting service even when optional recording is declined. Any different meeting provider must be identified and assessed before use. Exact provider contracts, retention, training settings and any international-transfer safeguards require verification before enrolment. No unverified contractual or location assurance is made by this draft.
14. Accessibility
We want the Service to work for everyone. If you need a reasonable adjustment to take part, tell us at hello@projecthuman2.com and we'll do what we reasonably can to help.
15. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the Service or the law. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect. If you don't accept a material change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund any unused part of your current paid period. Continuing your Subscription after a material change takes effect means you accept the update.
16. Complaints and disputes
If something's wrong, email hello@projecthuman2.com and we'll try to fix it quickly. If we can't resolve things between us, you can still take the matter to court. Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
17. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the law of England & Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also be able to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing here removes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by law.
