Unlimitual founder-led coaching with Kiran Hirani: £99/month ongoing for the first 10 accepted clients, one initial 30-minute consultation, a personal Plan, weekly written feedback, monthly human review and plan-related questions with a two-working-day response target. AI assists private preparation; the new offer has no independent AI coach. Start with an Instagram START enquiry for a free 15-minute discovery call arranged personally. Earlier £49.99 contracts and rights are preserved separately. Unlimitual — Terms of Service & Coaching Membership
Draft for the personally delivered founder-led offer. Paid enrolment and payment invitations remain closed until the release checks are complete. Verified contact, capacity and independent legal, privacy and safety reviews remain to be confirmed. This document does not approve launch.
Last updated: 30 October 2026. Offer version: unlimitual_founder_99_v1.
Unlimitual is personal lifestyle coaching with Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, for UK adults who want practical, consistent everyday routines. These terms describe the new offer. They do not replace an earlier £49.99 membership agreement or change its price, benefits, cancellation or refund rights. Your accepted terms and payment confirmation identify your offer.
1. Who you contract with
Unlimitual is a trading name of KH&P SERVICES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14089099. Its registered office and business correspondence address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. A verified business email and any applicable VAT particulars must be confirmed before payment. Kiran is the founder and coach; the company is the contracting trader.
For discovery enquiries, contact @project.human.2.0 without sending health information. Existing clients can use My Account → Billing & privacy for account, cancellation, refund and privacy requests. A verified alternative contact must be supplied before sale for people unable to use their account.
In these terms, you are the client, we are the contracting company, Coach means Kiran, Plan means your personal 30-day lifestyle plan, and Subscription means the monthly coaching membership.
2. Discovery and joining
Message Kiran START on Instagram to request a free 15-minute discovery call. A time is agreed personally. Messaging is not a confirmed booking, membership or payment. The call has no charge or obligation to buy. It covers your goals, the service and suitability; sensitive intake belongs in the secure welcome form after privacy information and consent choices are provided.
Kiran checks fit and capacity before offering a place. An enquiry does not reserve one. Once paid enrolment is explicitly opened, an accepted client receives a founder-controlled payment invitation showing the service, price, recurring payments, applicable terms and cancellation rights. Read and agree to those details before paying. Public self-service checkout is not the joining route.
After verified payment, complete the secure welcome form using your checkout-linked welcome page or email. A confirmed save tells you that Kiran, your coach, will be in touch with next steps. He reviews your information and personally arranges the initial consultation. No automated booking or client app is required to finish the form. The retained password-protected account provides billing, privacy and account-support controls.
You must be 18 or over, based in the UK and able to enter the agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your account secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
3. What £99/month includes
The proposed founding offer is £99 per month ongoing, in GBP, for the first 10 accepted clients, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges. It includes:
- A secure welcome intake and one initial 30-minute consultation with Kiran.
- A personal 30-day lifestyle Plan following that consultation and his complete review.
- A short written weekly check-in and Kiran's written feedback.
- A monthly human review of your progress, circumstances and Plan.
- Plan-related questions to Kiran through an agreed private contact channel, with a response target of two working days.
- Written Plans you can retain, with check-ins and feedback exchanged through the agreed private service channel.
Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, using UK time. The response time is a target, not an emergency or same-day guarantee. Keep questions relevant to your coaching and allow time for a considered reply. Unlimited messaging, additional calls and a recurring monthly call are not included. Any different service must be separately discussed and agreed before a charge.
Monthly review is written and asynchronous. It can confirm that your current Plan remains appropriate; a different Plan every month is not guaranteed. Any changed Plan needs Kiran's complete review, named approval and explicit delivery. The current delivered, approved Plan remains the reference while another draft is pending, unless a safety concern means you should stop something.
The new offer has no independent client AI coach, separate app subscription, supplement tier or requirement to use another product. AI may support Kiran's private preparation as explained below.
4. Scope and safety
Coaching covers ordinary movement and training, practical food habits, sleep, daylight, recovery, environment, habits and accountability within Kiran's competence. It is education and lifestyle support, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or a cure, and does not replace an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
We do not treat, manage, reverse or prevent disease, change medication or medical treatment, select or dose supplements, recommend supplement purchases, or provide extreme restriction, fasting, detox, chelation or parasite-treatment protocols. A human escalation or doctor's sign-off does not expand this scope.
Use the secure intake to disclose relevant health considerations and changes, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, injuries and eating-disorder history. Where a flag applies, guidance stays gentle and conservative and we ask for your doctor's sign-off before relevant changes. We may hold guidance, refer you or decline coaching that cannot safely stay within scope.
Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of coaching. Stop an activity and seek medical help if something feels wrong. Call 999 in an emergency; do not wait for a coaching reply. The account and Instagram are not emergency services.
5. Plans, private AI assistance and notes
Kiran leads the coaching and delivers it personally. Submitting the new welcome form does not automatically start AI briefing, transcription or Plan preparation. Any later private AI assistance may use relevant information only after the actual purpose, provider, handling and required consent have been explained and assessed. Removing a name alone does not make health information anonymous or authorise copying it into a chat assistant. AI can be mistaken. Kiran must review the complete member-facing Plan and material changes before named approval and explicit delivery. AI cannot approve its draft or silently replace your delivered Plan. Ask Kiran about anything unclear or unsuitable.
Your intake, consultation, Plan history, check-ins and relevant coaching correspondence may inform later reviews. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, providers and choices. Private AI assistance is still personal-data processing; recipients and uses must be explained and lawful consent obtained where required.
Recording and transcription are optional. Before capture, we must explain what is recorded, why, the actual provider, access and retention, and obtain separate informed agreement. Recording must show when it is active. You may choose manual notes without losing the initial consultation or Plan review. Capture remains unavailable until its consent, security and retention controls are verified. The live meeting provider receives the audio/video and connection data you share even when recording is declined.
6. Payment and renewal
The Subscription is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews at the ongoing £99 monthly price until cancelled or a future price change takes effect after reasonable advance notice. There is no scheduled introductory-price expiry. The invitation and confirmation must show the amount, billing date, offer version and cancellation rights. Discovery never authorises a charge.
We give reasonable advance notice of a proposed future price or material terms change, explaining when it would apply and how to cancel before another payment. This draft agrees neither a different future price, an automatic step-up nor a lifetime price lock. Changes cannot remove accrued rights or silently reprice earlier memberships. Statutory remedies remain if a change materially reduces a prepaid service.
Stripe may retry a failed payment and personalised coaching may pause while it is resolved. Account support, cancellation and privacy requests remain available to a verified retained account owner. An unconfirmed payment, cancellation or refund must not be described as successful.
7. Cancellation and full first-payment refund
Cancel renewal at any time through your account or the verified support contact. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period already paid for, subject to necessary safety or lawful-processing restrictions. No further renewal should be charged after cancellation takes effect.
If you cancel within the first 14 calendar days after subscribing, we refund your full first membership payment, even if coaching has started. We deduct nothing for a consultation, Plan, preparation or access already supplied. This additional promise does not reduce any statutory right or longer cancellation period required by law.
Use My Account → Billing & privacy → First-payment refund, or the verified alternative contact supplied before joining. The renewal-cancellation control stops future payments but does not itself initiate a refund, so also tell us that you want the first payment refunded. No particular form or words are required. A clear membership-cancellation request in the first 14 days is enough to claim this promise; we will not reject it for omitting a special phrase. For example: “I cancel my membership and request the first-payment refund. My name is [name], account email [email], and joining date [date].”
We confirm the request and outcome. Refunds return to the original payment method within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of the cancellation request; provider processing can affect when funds appear. An uncertain response must be reconciled rather than refunded twice.
We must obtain your express request before starting service within the statutory cooling-off period. Starting early does not waive our full first-payment refund promise. We do not use a personalised-plan or digital-download waiver to remove it.
After the first 14 days, cancellation normally stops renewal rather than refunding the current period. All statutory remedies remain, including where the service is not supplied with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or is withdrawn for a prepaid period.
8. Information and choices
The Privacy Policy explains the Article 6 lawful basis and additional Article 9 condition for relevant uses. The proposed personalised service requires separate explicit health-data consent. Recording and marketing are separate choices.
Withdraw health-data consent in your account or through the verified privacy contact. Consent-dependent processing stops; earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Personalised coaching may pause and we may discuss cancellation if it cannot safely continue. Account support, cancellation, refunds and privacy rights remain. Necessary financial or legal records are considered separately from coaching content.
You may exercise applicable data rights or challenge an unsuitable recommendation or service decision. Keep health details out of ordinary account-request notes; a secure discussion can be arranged. You can complain to the ICO without our permission.
9. Quality, responsibility and fair use
We provide coaching with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome. Your circumstances and participation matter, but this does not excuse poor or unsafe service.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including statutory consumer rights. We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not accept responsibility for unforeseeable loss or business losses from using this personal consumer service for business purposes.
Use the account lawfully and respectfully. Do not share credentials, impersonate another client, abuse others or seek unauthorised access. Plans are for personal, non-commercial use; do not resell or publish them. You may retain your downloaded records and share relevant information with your healthcare professional. This does not promise ongoing coaching or account access after the paid period ends.
We may suspend or end service for material breach, unresolved payment issues or reasonable safety or legal concerns. Where appropriate, we explain the concern and allow it to be put right. If we withdraw service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the prepaid service you lose. We may withdraw the service entirely on reasonable notice with the same protection.
10. Complaints and governing law
Raise a complaint through My Account → Billing & privacy or the verified business contact supplied before joining. We acknowledge it and work with you to resolve it. Complaints do not remove cancellation, refund or statutory rights. Privacy complaints may also go to the ICO.
These terms are governed by England and Wales law. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Mandatory consumer protections remain. If a term is unenforceable, the rest continues where legally possible.
We keep dated versions. The 27 October 2026 documents for the earlier £49.99 offer and the 29 October 2026 founder-offer drafts are preserved separately. This draft does not automatically replace accepted terms, require existing clients to re-sign, remove legacy entitlements or alter historic payments and refunds. Material changes must be properly reviewed, communicated and agreed where required.
Unlimitual — Privacy Policy
Draft, last updated: 30 October 2026. Paid enrolment and payment invitations remain closed until the release checks are complete. Verified contact, provider arrangements, retention controls and independent privacy review remain to be confirmed. This document does not certify them.
Unlimitual is proposed founder-led lifestyle coaching with Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, for adults in the UK. The new ongoing £99/month founding offer for the first 10 accepted clients includes one initial 30-minute consultation, personal Plans, Kiran's written weekly feedback, monthly human review and plan-related questions. AI assists private preparation; the new offer has no independent client AI coach.
1. Who is responsible and contact
The controller is KH&P SERVICES LTD, trading as Unlimitual, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14089099. Its registered office and business correspondence address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. The verified business email and responsible privacy contact must be confirmed before enrolment opens.
Existing clients can use My Account → Billing & privacy. A verified alternative must be provided before sale for people unable to use their account. For discovery, message START to @project.human.2.0 without health details and agree a time personally. Instagram is a third-party service with its own privacy information and terms.
The ICO fee or exemption position and any requirement for a Data Protection Officer must be assessed. You can complain directly to the ICO.
2. Information used
- Discovery: Instagram contact/profile information and ordinary details you provide to arrange the requested free 15-minute conversation. This creates no membership, payment, confirmed booking or general marketing subscription. The new public route has no lead-capture or health-intake form. Do not send health information through Instagram.
- Welcome form and account: name, email, preferences, settings, authentication and session records. A checkout-linked form follows verified payment; a confirmed save queues Kiran's human follow-up. The retained account supports billing, privacy and account requests without requiring a coaching portal.
- Billing and contracts: accepted offer/version, terms and consent records, Stripe customer/subscription references, dates, payment, cancellation and refund status. Stripe processes payment credentials; coaching does not require us to hold your full card number.
- Coaching: intake, goals, schedule, preferences, constraints, consultation notes, relevant plan-related correspondence, weekly check-ins and feedback, Plan drafts/history and named-human review records.
- Health context: relevant health/safety information you provide and health-related summaries or inferences derived from it. Lifestyle answers can contain special-category health information even when not labelled medical records.
- Optional capture: recordings, transcripts and summaries only with separate informed agreement and verified controls; manual notes remain an alternative.
- Operations: limited security, delivery, error and audit metadata. Health content must not be copied into public analytics, advertising audiences or ordinary business reports.
The existing coaching workspace is independent. No separate product account or another product's customer data is required or imported. Share information relevant to coaching, not other people's private information.
Plans, check-ins and ordinary coaching questions are delivered personally through a private channel agreed with you. We must identify that channel's actual provider and handling before collecting or sending information through it. No particular messaging service or email address is established by this draft.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
This is the proposed assessment, requiring final data-protection review before use:
| Purpose | Article 6 basis | Additional condition or control |
|---|---|---|
| Respond to discovery and arrange the requested conversation | Steps at your request before a potential contract, Article 6(1)(b) | Minimum contact and suitability information; no health-intake in Instagram or automatic promotional list |
| Run accounts, accepted subscriptions, payments, bookings and requested service messages | Contract, Article 6(1)(b) | Information necessary for delivery |
| Personalise coaching, private AI preparation, summaries, check-in analysis and proposed Plans using health context | Consent, Article 6(1)(a) | Separate explicit health-data consent, Article 9(2)(a) |
| Optional recording and transcription | Consent, Article 6(1)(a) | Separate informed choice; Article 9(2)(a) where health data is involved |
| Security, abuse prevention and technical fault investigation | Legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) | Document necessity/balancing; this alone does not authorise health-data use |
| Required tax, accounting and legal records | Legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) | Identify actual obligations and necessary retention |
| Optional promotional messages | Consent, Article 6(1)(a), for the proposed consent-only approach | Separate choice and effective unsubscribe/suppression |
Health processing needs both an Article 6 basis and an Article 9 condition. Removing a name does not automatically anonymise health details. Exceptional retention, safeguarding or legal purposes must be separately assessed and explained; a general legitimate-interests statement does not authorise unrelated health use.
Membership does not authorise selling information, health-based advertising audiences, unrelated research or training a general AI model on client information.
4. AI assistance and human decisions
The new welcome form does not automatically start AI briefing, transcription or Plan preparation. Kiran reviews the saved intake and contacts you personally. AI may later help organise information, summarise notes or check-ins and draft proposals only where the actual use, purpose, provider, settings and relevant permission have been explained and assessed. AI can make mistakes. This is private assistance to Kiran, not the new client's independent coach.
Using this service does not by itself authorise transferring your intake, health details or correspondence into ChatGPT or another chat assistant. Removing a name or using a client code does not necessarily anonymise a case. Any proposed AI-chat use needs its own verified data flow, recipient information, lawful basis and additional health-data condition where applicable; use genuinely anonymous or fictional material until those arrangements are established.
Kiran reviews complete member-facing Plans and material changes before named approval and explicit delivery. AI cannot approve its draft or silently replace the delivered Plan. Kiran provides the weekly written feedback and monthly human review; an automated summary does not count as either. You can correct context, ask why an action is proposed and request human review of a recommendation or service decision.
Automated safety or access checks can pause processing or create a review item. Plan approval does not prove every other decision has human review. The required assessment must identify significant solely automated decisions under UK GDPR Articles 22A–22D and provide applicable information, representation, intervention and challenge safeguards, particularly with special-category data. This draft is not that assessment.
Earlier memberships: the previous £49.99 offer included automated AI conversations and saved-chat recall. Accepted contracts and records are preserved separately, not silently converted to this offer. Where legacy functionality continues lawfully, replies are not individually reviewed before display, saved conversations may supply bounded relevant context, recall can be incomplete and archiving is not deletion. Current health consent and applicable privacy information remain required. This paragraph grants no new-client entitlement and cannot restart processing after withdrawal.
5. Consent and optional recording
Health consent must be explicit, informed and separate from terms acceptance and optional marketing. We record the notice, purpose, version, when and how you agreed, and withdrawal. Privacy information is provided before collection or sharing with an AI provider.
Withdraw health consent in your account or through the verified privacy contact. Consent-dependent coaching, AI use and recall stop. Earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Personalised coaching may pause and we may discuss cancellation if it cannot safely continue. Account support, cancellation, refunds and privacy rights remain; necessary financial or legal records are considered separately.
Recording and transcription need separate informed agreement before capture. We must explain capture, purpose, actual recipient, access and retention, and show when recording is active. Manual notes remain available without losing the consultation. Future capture stops on withdrawal. Ask separately about deleting existing capture; any lawful exception and period must be explained. Capture stays unavailable until its consent, security and retention controls are verified.
6. Providers and sharing
The existing workspace includes these integrations. Integration is not evidence of verified contracts or safeguards. Before actual use, the controller must confirm each recipient's entity, role, contract, permitted use, retention/training settings, subprocessors and locations, and accurately explain the data flow.
| Integration | Technical role requiring verification |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Independent coaching database and backend; the current project database region is eu-west-1 |
| Vercel | Website hosting |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions and billing |
| Anthropic and OpenAI | Existing technical routes retained for legacy or separately assessed optional use. New manual-service welcome submissions do not automatically invoke them; this row does not authorise copying client information into a chat assistant |
| Resend | Requested service email; the actual sender/domain must be verified |
| Consultation and private contact service | The actual provider must be identified and assessed before use. The retained platform has a Jitsi Meet integration, but this does not establish it as the agreed manual-service channel |
| Initial discovery requests; do not send health information through this channel |
Send only relevant information for each task. Payment, email and ordinary alerts do not need full coaching context. Written processor terms are required where applicable; a provider acting for its own purposes needs separate assessment. API use does not itself prove processor status, zero retention or no model training.
The actual meeting or private contact service receives the information you share with it, including audio/video and connection data for a call even when recording is declined. It is not necessarily hosted in the coaching database. Its operator, terms, access controls, retention and transfers must be verified before use.
Disclosure for a legal obligation or legal claim requires an applicable basis and condition. We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
An EU database region does not establish where every provider processes, accesses or retains information. Providers may process outside the UK. Before use, we must assess actual recipient entities and flows, any adequacy route or other lawful safeguard, and any required transfer assessment.
The completed notice must explain applicable arrangements and how to obtain details. No unverified IDTA, UK Addendum, contract, storage location or other safeguard is asserted by this draft.
8. Retention and deletion
Discovery enquiries are used for the requested conversation, reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Messaging START does not authorise indefinite promotion. Earlier founding-interest form records, if any, remain limited to their original purpose and notice; the new route does not expand permission.
The earlier proposed schedule was account/coaching records during membership and up to 12 months afterwards, necessary billing/tax records up to six years where applicable, and transactional email records up to 12 months. These remain draft periods requiring verification against actual need, law, jobs and provider settings. They do not justify keeping health information merely because an account remains. Exact discovery, recording, transcript, log, backup and processor-deletion periods must be confirmed before sale.
When health consent is withdrawn or an account closes, consent-dependent use stops and health information must be deleted or anonymised unless a specific lawful exception justifies limited retention. Explain any exception and period. Necessary financial records can be held separately without coaching content.
External deletion may need retries. We must report incomplete deletion honestly and continue it; an acknowledgement is not proof every copy has disappeared. The retention review must explain backups and provider deletion rather than promise immediate erasure everywhere.
9. Rights and complaints
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to legitimate-interest use, withdraw consent and exercise safeguards for significant automated decisions. Ask for human review or challenge a recommendation or service decision.
Use My Account → Billing & privacy or the verified alternative privacy contact supplied before joining. Requests and replies remain available to a verified retained account owner after cancellation or health-consent withdrawal and do not require an approved Plan. Keep ordinary request notes free of health details. Proportionate identity verification and a secure discussion may be needed.
We respond within applicable UK GDPR deadlines, normally one month, explaining any lawful extension or permitted pause. Requests are normally free; refusal or charges need a lawful reason and explanation. You can complain to us or directly to the ICO without permission.
10. Security, cookies and children
Authentication/security storage may be necessary. Non-essential analytics or advertising storage stays disabled until the applicable PECR route and clear controls are verified. An accurate storage/cookie inventory and notice are required.
Access is limited to authorised people and systems for their tasks. Consent, security, cross-client access and deletion need fresh checks. No service guarantees perfect security. Breach assessment and notification must follow applicable law.
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Tell us if a child has supplied information so it can be assessed and removed appropriately.
11. Updates and earlier contracts
We keep dated versions, explain material changes before a new use and obtain refreshed consent where required. A brand change does not authorise a different controller, new purpose, new sharing or changes to an earlier contract. The 27 October 2026 documents and 29 October 2026 founder-offer drafts are preserved separately. This notice does not silently reprice earlier £49.99 memberships, remove rights or retrospectively authorise processing.
Unlimitual — Health & Medical Disclaimer
Draft, last updated: 30 October 2026. Founder-led offer: unlimitual_founder_99_v1. Paid enrolment remains closed until the release checks are complete. Verified contact, competence, insurance and independent legal, privacy and safety reviews remain to be confirmed. This document does not approve practice or launch.
Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, provides personal lifestyle coaching for UK adults aged 18 or over. Unlimitual is a trading name of KH&P SERVICES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14089099. Its registered office and business correspondence address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. Read this with the Terms, Coaching Agreement and Privacy Policy.
What coaching covers
Practical support with ordinary movement and training, food habits, sleep, daylight, recovery, environment, routines and accountability, within Kiran's competence. Your circumstances, preferences and limits matter. You do not need to copy his personal experiments or routines.
The proposed £99/month ongoing founding offer for the first 10 accepted clients includes one initial 30-minute consultation, a personal 30-day Plan, weekly written check-ins with Kiran's feedback, monthly human review and plan-related questions with a two-working-day response target. Any future price change requires reasonable advance notice and a chance to cancel before another payment. Monthly review is asynchronous and may confirm that the existing Plan remains appropriate. Extra calls, a recurring monthly call, unlimited messaging and an independent AI coach are not included.
What coaching cannot provide
This is education and lifestyle coaching only, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or a cure. It does not create a clinical relationship or replace your doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or another appropriately qualified professional.
We do not treat, manage, reverse or prevent any disease or condition, including cancer; advise starting, stopping or changing medication or medical treatment; select or dose supplements; provide supplement purchase links; or offer extreme fasting, restriction, detox, chelation or parasite-treatment protocols. Human approval or doctor's sign-off does not expand this scope.
Never disregard or delay professional advice because of coaching. Speak to your doctor before significant changes, especially with a health condition or concern. Persistent unexplained tiredness or other symptoms need appropriate medical attention rather than an assumed lifestyle explanation.
Health flags and referral
Use the secure intake to disclose relevant health considerations, injuries, pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, medication and eating-disorder history. Keep that information current.
Where a health flag applies, guidance stays gentle and conservative and we ask for your doctor's sign-off before relevant changes. We may hold guidance, decline an unsafe request or refer you for qualified care. A safety hold must not be bypassed because a human or AI has produced a suggestion.
Stop if something feels wrong and seek medical advice. Call 999 in an emergency. For urgent non-emergency help, use the appropriate NHS service, such as 111. Do not wait for a coaching message. The account and Instagram are not emergency or crisis services.
Human review and private AI assistance
Kiran leads and personally delivers your coaching. After verified payment and a confirmed secure welcome-form save, he reviews your information and gets in touch to agree the initial consultation and next steps. A client app, automatic booking or AI coach is not required.
The new welcome form does not automatically start AI briefing, transcription or Plan preparation. Any later private AI assistance must first have its actual purpose, provider, handling and relevant permission explained and assessed. A client code alone does not authorise transferring health details into a chat assistant. AI can make mistakes. Kiran reviews the complete member-facing Plan and material changes, approves them in his name and explicitly delivers them through the agreed private channel. AI cannot approve a draft or silently replace your delivered Plan. Human review is not an outcome guarantee.
The latest delivered, named-human-approved Plan remains the reference while another draft is pending, unless a safety concern means an action should stop. Ask Kiran about inaccurate, unclear or unsuitable guidance. Monthly review need not produce a new Plan.
There is no independent client AI coach in the new offer. Earlier £49.99 contracts and saved records remain separately preserved; this new disclaimer does not silently change their benefits or rights.
Information and consultation choices
Intake, notes, messages and check-ins can contain special-category health information. A lawful Article 6 basis and appropriate Article 9 condition are needed. The proposed service requires separate explicit health-data consent, with purposes, providers and choices explained before collection. Private AI preparation is included in that transparency.
Recording or transcription requires separate informed agreement, an explanation of the actual provider and retention, and a visible recording state. Manual notes remain available without losing your initial consultation or Plan review. Capture stays unavailable until consent, security and retention controls are verified. The live meeting provider receives the audio/video and connection data you share even when optional recording is declined.
Withdraw health consent through your account or the verified privacy contact. Consent-dependent processing stops and personalised coaching may pause. Earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Account support, cancellation, refunds and data rights remain. The Privacy Policy explains proposed retention and unresolved provider arrangements; it does not certify them.
Results, refunds and responsibility
Results vary. No particular health, fitness, energy or wellbeing outcome is guaranteed. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill and remain responsible for that duty.
Cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period, subject to necessary safety or lawful-processing restrictions. If you cancel within the first 14 calendar days after subscribing, we refund your full first membership payment, even if coaching has started, without deducting for a consultation, Plan or access. The renewal-cancellation control does not itself initiate a refund; use the account's first-payment refund request or verified contact as explained in the Terms. No special wording is required. Starting early does not waive the promise. Statutory rights continue after that period.
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your participation and personal choices do not remove consumer rights.
Questions and contact
Message START to @project.human.2.0 to arrange a free 15-minute discovery call personally. Messaging creates no confirmed booking, membership or payment. Do not send health details there.
Existing clients can use My Account → Billing & privacy for account, cancellation, refund, privacy or accessibility requests, or write to the company correspondence address above. A verified business email and an alternative for people unable to use the account must be supplied before sale. No unverified email is established by this draft. Earlier-offer documents dated 27 October 2026 and the 29 October 2026 founder-offer drafts remain preserved separately.
Unlimitual — Founder-led Coaching Agreement
Draft, last updated: 30 October 2026. Offer version: unlimitual_founder_99_v1. Paid enrolment and payment invitations remain closed until verified contact, legal, privacy, safety and service checks are complete.
This agreement explains how you and Kiran Hirani, Founder & Coach, work together. Read it with the Terms, Privacy Policy and Health & Medical Disclaimer. It describes the new £99/month founding offer for the first 10 accepted clients, not a change to an existing £49.99 agreement.
The contracting company is KH&P SERVICES LTD, trading as Unlimitual, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 14089099. Its registered office and business correspondence address is 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. The verified business email and any applicable VAT particulars must be supplied before sale. The trading name does not itself establish trademark clearance.
1. Starting with a conversation
The service is for UK adults aged 18 or over who want practical everyday routines. Message START to @project.human.2.0 to request a free 15-minute discovery call. We agree a time personally. Messaging is not a confirmed booking or purchase. There is no charge or obligation to join.
Do not send health information through Instagram. Discovery covers your goals, what coaching offers and suitability. Sensitive intake belongs in the secure welcome form after privacy information and consent choices are provided.
Kiran checks fit and capacity before accepting a client and sending a payment invitation. The invitation must show the terms, monthly price and cancellation rights. No self-service checkout or automatic membership follows a discovery enquiry.
After verified payment, use your checkout-linked welcome page or email to complete the secure form. A confirmed save tells you that Kiran, your coach, will be in touch with next steps. He reviews the saved information and personally arranges your initial consultation. You do not need to book automatically or use a coaching portal. A password-protected account remains available for billing, privacy and account-support requests.
2. Your coaching relationship
Your coach is Kiran. The £99 monthly service includes:
- A secure welcome form and one initial 30-minute consultation with Kiran.
- A personal 30-day lifestyle Plan after the conversation and his complete review.
- A short written weekly check-in and Kiran's written feedback.
- A monthly human review using your check-ins and experience.
- Plan-related questions through an agreed private contact channel, with a response target of two working days.
- Written Plans you can retain, with check-ins and feedback exchanged through the agreed private service channel.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, in UK time. The response target is not a same-day or emergency guarantee. We are not monitoring the service 24/7. Extra calls, a recurring monthly call and unlimited messaging are not included.
Monthly review is asynchronous and may conclude that the existing Plan remains appropriate. Any changed Plan needs Kiran's full review, named approval and explicit delivery. An automated summary is not his weekly feedback, and an AI draft is not a completed monthly human review.
3. Scope and safety
Coaching supports ordinary movement and training, practical food habits, sleep, daylight, recovery, environment, habits and accountability within Kiran's competence. It is education and lifestyle coaching only, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or a cure. Your coach is not acting as your doctor, dietitian, nurse or therapist.
We do not treat, manage, reverse or prevent disease, change medication or medical treatment, select or dose supplements, provide supplement purchase links, or offer extreme fasting, restriction, detox, chelation or parasite-treatment protocols. Human escalation or doctor's sign-off does not expand this scope.
Use the secure intake to disclose relevant health considerations, medications, injuries, pregnancy or breastfeeding, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions and eating-disorder history. Guidance stays gentle and conservative where a health flag applies; we ask for your doctor's sign-off before relevant changes. We may hold guidance or refer you rather than continue unsafely.
Stop and seek appropriate medical advice if something feels wrong. Never delay, disregard or stop professional care because of coaching. Call 999 in an emergency. Do not wait for an account or Instagram reply.
4. How your Plan is prepared
Kiran considers your intake, consultation, approved Plan history, check-ins and relevant coaching correspondence. The new welcome form does not automatically start AI briefing, transcription or Plan preparation. Any later AI assistance may organise information, prepare summaries or draft proposals only after the actual purpose, provider, handling and relevant permission have been explained and assessed. A client code or removed name does not by itself authorise copying health information into a chat assistant. AI can make mistakes and does not take responsibility for coaching.
Kiran reviews the complete Plan, edits or holds it where needed, approves it in his name and explicitly delivers it through the agreed private channel. AI cannot approve a draft or silently rewrite the delivered version. Your latest delivered, human-approved Plan remains the reference while another draft is pending, unless a safety concern means an action should stop.
Ask why an action is proposed, correct inaccurate context and request review. No outcome is guaranteed. We remain responsible for reasonable care and skill.
This new offer has no independent AI chatbot coach. Technology supports private preparation and administration. Earlier contracts, lawful legacy entitlements and saved records are not silently removed or changed by this offer.
5. Notes, consent and privacy
Recording and transcription are optional. Before capture, we must explain its purpose, actual provider, access and retention, obtain separate informed agreement and show when recording is active. You may choose manual notes without losing the consultation or Plan review. Capture stays unavailable until its controls are verified. Video consultation itself uses a meeting provider even when recording is declined.
Personalised coaching may involve special-category health information. Lawful bases and providers must be explained before collection, with separate explicit health-data consent. The Privacy Policy describes proposed uses, choices, retention and unresolved safeguards. Private AI assistance remains covered by these duties.
Withdraw health consent through your account or the verified privacy contact. Consent-dependent processing stops; earlier lawful processing is unaffected. Personalised coaching may pause if it cannot safely continue, but account support, cancellation, refunds and privacy rights remain. Marketing consent is separate.
6. Taking part and keeping in touch
Give accurate information, tell Kiran about relevant changes and participate within your limits. Read the complete Plan and raise anything unsuitable. You do not need to copy Kiran's personal routines or experiments; his experience is not proof that something is safe or appropriate for you.
Arrange your initial consultation through the offered service route and give reasonable notice if it needs to change. A calendar slot or elapsed booking does not mean the consultation happened. Actual completion must be recorded before the first Plan is prepared.
Before exchanging coaching information, agree the actual private contact and Plan-delivery channel and its handling. Weekly check-ins describe what worked, what was difficult and what needs attention. Kiran gives written feedback. Questions and material changes go to him through that agreed channel. Monthly review need not produce a new call or Plan. An uncertain response should be checked before repeating a request.
7. Payment, cancellation and refunds
The founding offer is £99 per month ongoing, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renewed automatically until cancelled or a future price change takes effect after reasonable advance notice. There is no scheduled introductory-price expiry. The first 10 places reflect suitability and real capacity. Discovery never creates a charge.
We give reasonable advance notice of proposed future price or material terms changes, with the effective date and a chance to cancel before another payment. This draft promises neither a different future price nor a lifetime price lock. Earlier £49.99 memberships are not automatically repriced or required to accept this agreement.
Cancel renewal at any time. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, subject to necessary safety or lawful-processing restrictions. No further renewal should be taken after cancellation takes effect.
If you cancel within the first 14 calendar days after subscribing, we refund your full first membership payment, even if coaching has started. We deduct nothing for a consultation, Plan or access already supplied. Use My Account → Billing & privacy → First-payment refund or the verified alternative contact supplied before joining. No special form or words are required. The renewal-cancellation control does not itself initiate a refund; also let us know you want your first payment refunded. A clear first-14-day membership-cancellation request is enough, without a special phrase.
An express request to start within the statutory cooling-off period does not waive that refund promise. After the first 14 days, cancellation normally stops renewal rather than refunding the current period; statutory remedies remain. If we withdraw a prepaid service for reasons that are not your fault, we refund the part you lose. The Terms explain request confirmation and refund timing.
8. Quality, complaints and access
We provide reasonable care and skill. We cannot guarantee a health, fitness or wellbeing result. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory remedies remain, including appropriate repeat performance, price reduction or refund.
Use My Account → Billing & privacy or the verified business contact supplied with your agreement for account, privacy, cancellation, refund, service complaints or accessibility requests. These routes remain available to a verified retained account owner after cancellation or health-consent withdrawal. Keep ordinary request notes free of health details; a secure discussion can be arranged.
You may complain to the ICO about data handling. This draft does not certify legal or privacy compliance. England and Wales law governs the agreement without removing mandatory consumer rights or the right of consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland to use their local courts.
The 27 October 2026 earlier-offer documents and 29 October 2026 founder-offer drafts are retained separately. This new agreement does not automatically change earlier prices, benefits, payments, refunds or accepted terms.
